    Description

    Marketing & Design Intern at Human Inc will be exposed to three important aspects of the organisation:

    1. Marketing - Working with internal team to contribute in marketing campaigns, strategies, and initiatives
    2. Graphic Design - Working with the internal team to create impactful work which fits the business goals
    3. Delivery Support - Working with internal stakeholders and supporting them as a role of tech support

    Roles & Responsibilities

    1.Marketing

    • Assist in creation and scheduling of social media content across various channels
    • Assist in the planning and execution of internal & external events
    • Produce marketing copywriting as and when required
    • Provide general administrative support to the marketing & operation teams

    2.Design

    • Conceptualises and visually design graphics that represents brand cohesion
    • Ability to collaborate with teams and stakeholders to design visuals that are fitting for users & our business goals
    • Applies innovative approaches in the development & delivery of design
    • Present design drafts to the relevant managers, and be flexible in incorporating any feedback given into future designs.
    • Handle all projects from planning, adaptation, amendment and resizing to final artwork
    • Perform photography and videography of products/solutions for promotional use
    • Responsible for creating graphics for maintaining, updating/improving the corporate website, social media platforms.
    • Identify and define new process improvement opportunities
    • Contribute to our business goals based on your own expertise

    3.Delivery Support

    • Support our facilitators in delivering and assist as tech support
    • Create impact reports and documentation of the client journey
    • Continually work to improve the workflow and the development of tools
    • Work closely with team leaders to prioritize business needs

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Have availability for a minimum of 3 months starting Oct/Sep 2023
    • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Design, or related fields
    • Knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, colour, and other graphic design fundamentals is preferred
    • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
    • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
    • Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, and multimedia design
    • Able to communicate and write well in English
    • Be intellectually curious, a proactive problem-solver, have the ability to execute ideas and be empathetic
