Overview:

The IT Application Support for the Support System is responsible for the end-to-end development, implementation, maintenance and support for systems in Hong Leong Bank. The jobholders are responsible for ensuring the amendment and enhancement meet user functional requirement specifications, and that all documentation, processes and methodologies used in the various phases of system development and implementation are in accordance with the Bank's standards and able to facilitate future maintenance and enhancements.

Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

To support and troubleshoot the AML and BNM applications as below and perform in-house development based on the users' requirements.

1. SIRON AML Systems

2. BNM ESS_DSS Systems

3. BNM FINET Systems

4. Cash Threshold Reporting

5. Trade Finance AML Systems

5. SWIFT/RENTAS Systems

7. MFRS9 Systems

Jobholder Requirements:

Education/Qualification

1. Malaysian citizen

2. Computer science or engineering degree

Experience

1. 1 or 2 years of relevant experience in troubleshooting technical issues

2. Strong IT background, engineering or proven mathematical ability

3. Desire to work in a collaborative, multicultural and international environment

Special Skills

1. Advanced skills in either UNIX, Linux or Windows power users

2. Scripting Skills: Unix/Windows Shell scripting

3. Cross group collaboration and team work

4. Minimal knowledge on SWIFT/RENTAS systems
