+Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Qualified lawyer with minimum 5 years of corporate experience, including exposure to compliance in capital markets.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, local laws, and regulatory requirements in Malaysia.
