- Acquisition of new client relationships from the Upper Affluent.
- Achieve sales targets
- Leading and managing all sales & marketing activities in a manner to exceed targets for funds under management.
- Maintenance and growth of existing client relationships.
- Establish challenging goals & results for the sales & marketing.
- Manage effective Strategic Relationships across the business.
- A degree in any domain and ideally an MBA from a well-respected academic institution.
- Well versed with Islamic investment banking products and services.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in business development, deal sourcing and marketing investment banking products with focus on affluent and private banking products.
- Proven track record and client base in Far East region with focus on Malaysia & Indonesia.
- Strong affluent product and service knowledge will be expected, together with an understanding of product development process.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit.
- Ability to contribute to the bottom line.
