- Work closely with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and analysis.
- Evaluate business processes, identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.
- Create detailed requirement documentation and user stories.
- Design solutions together with the architects and developers.
- Provide training and support to end users.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies related to Salesforce platform.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce configuration and administration
- Strong understanding of business processes and workflows
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud highly preferred
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
