    Sales Supervisor

    Position

    What will be your role?

  • As DIOR Ambassador and role model to team members.
  • Key support to Boutique Manager on day-to-day boutique operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory, VM, logistic, etc.
  • Key support to Boutique Manager in people management, e.g. coaching and motivating team members.
  • Client development, including recruitment, retention, engagement and always promote the spirit of excellent client experience.
  • Embrace DIOR selling ceremony, enthusiastic in achieving sales target and optimize every selling opportunity.
  • Pillar to teamwork and harmonious work environment at boutique.

    Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail/ fashion retail/ luxury retail.
  • Pleasant and presentable outlook and disposition.
  • Passionate with fashion and luxury retail industry.
  • Customer oriented and enjoy interacting with customers.
  • Solid leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, vibrant, positive energy and go-getter.
  • Computer and Microsoft utilities savvy.
  • Good spoken of English, ability to converse in other languages will be
  • an added advantage.
