The Job

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Acquiring and managing relationships with corporate and institutional clients in your area of focus to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Developing strong internal relationships to optimise service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
• Working as a key part of the management team to establish business goals and objectives and developing high-quality business strategies and plans to deliver these.
• Managing the operations of the company and ensuring these are in line with the Company's strategy and goals.
• Driving business efficiency and profitability by identifying and implementing process improvements to optimise performance wherever possible.
• Designing business plans in line with Company's strategy and objectives.
• Working with various stakeholders to ensure business plans are effectively rolled out.
• Managing a team of 6-10 people.

The Profile

Skills Required:

• You have at least 1 year of experience including solid experience in a similar role within Hospitality, Leisure, and Travel.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high-performing teams
