    Job Description:

    Requirements:

    • A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
    • 3-5 years of total working experience in a b2c industry with a minimum of 1 year experience in management consulting, specialising in of these domain areas: e-Commerce, Campaigns and Programs, Costs Optimisation, User Acquisition & Retention, Product Marketing, Promotions, Seller Marketing, Brands, or Seller Management
    • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills to achieve tangible outcomes in a dynamic business environment
    • Excellent leadership / stakeholder management skills, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse markets and backgrounds
    • In-depth knowledge of industry trends and market behavior
    • Outstanding project management skills
    • A deep understanding of management frameworks
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to present solutions and results at leadership level
