Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with relevant internal stakeholders within the company to ensure the event meets its intended key objectives and deliverables
  • Follow up with clients periodically to ensure their success with the products and increase repeat sales
  • Establish a high level of rapport with current and potential clients as well as provide accurate and timely information for decisionmaking purposes.
  • Responsible for liaising with Operations department to
- generate performance reports on the event managements

  • Conduct regular sales analysis to evaluate sales effectiveness and identify opportunities to ensure that the objectives of the event management are met
  • Attend meetings with clients or internal stakeholders (Malls, Festival events & Supplier) to discuss campaign/projectrelated matters
  • To carry out additional tasks / work as directed by management from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or any related
  • At least 1 year of experience in a clientfacing role in the retail or related industry
  • Advertising and Sales management experience will be an added advantage
  • Proven track record of successful client engagement and revenue generation.
  • Experience in using data and analytics to drive decisionmaking.
  • Must have good knowledge of Internet concepts and be able to discuss them with conviction.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
