as a Senior Proposal Engineer / Technical and Commercial Engineer - Mechanical with Deleum Primera Sdn Bhd. I am responsible to monitor and review Work Order Proposal for Peninsular Malaysia Region under the contract of “Provision of Maintenance, Construction and Modification for Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd”. Scope cover for Procure material (inclusive Cost Plus), Onshore Fabrication and Offshore Execution in related to Topside Maintenance (TSM), Turnaround (TA), Construction Work Request (CWR), Fabric Maintenance (FM) under Piping and Structure (inclusive Erection Material). Other than that, I am responsible for preparing Service Order for billing documentation process by preparing on information for Invoice to Finance in related to claim for Survey, Procurement Material, Onshore Fabrication, Offshore Execution and Marine Spread (Vessel).

Previously I was assigned as Sales and Technical Engineer, being responsible for developing deliverables for Market Survey , Request for Quotation, Invitation to Bid and Technical Bidding Evaluation. I also supported the Procurement and Asset Management team in Purchase Order, Equipment Costing, and Project Scheduling. I was started as Technical and Commercial cum Project Engineer which assigned for several projects involve of Vessel Tank Refurbishment, Blasting and Painting Services, Wrapping System and Reel Refurbishment for various clients.

Previously working with Perusahaan Otomobil Nasional Sdn Bhd (PROTON) as a Production Engineer in Engine and Transmission Department, preparing detail technical documentations of project specifications, drawings, design, layouts and equipment & facilities which involve Machining and Assemble of Cylinder Block, Cylinder Head, Crankshaft and Camshaft.

I am driven by real results and here are some of them:

• Managed to secure RM1.5Bil. Contract in 2 years (Provision of Maintenance, Construction and Modification (MCM) for Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd, Provision of Riser Maintenance, Provision of Alternative Blasting and Painting),
• Accountable for handling various contracts with Project Value/ Revenue more than RM 250Mil/ year throughout Contract period of five (5) years. 
• Responsible for improvement of company project margin from 13% to 30%.
• Conducted Technical and Commercial by monitoring project and cost without any constants.
• Managed to complete project execution within stipulated timeframe with less incurred cost than budgetary cost.

I am a Professional Technologist MBOT, a certified Lead Auditor/ Auditor IRCA 9001:2015 DNV GL and NACE Coating Inspector CIP Level 1. 

I completed my Postgraduate study Master of Science (MSc) in Petroleum Engineering at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS in 2015 and Bachelor Degree program in Mechanical Engineering at Universiti Multimedia in September 2013.
