Abdul Hafiz

My name is Hafiz. I'm born and raised in Bintulu Sarawak. Currently I live and work in Perak as a Real Estate Negotiator. I am a UniKL graduate with a Bachelor Of Business Administration in Marketing. 

Before I work as Real Estate Negotiator, I work in Customer Service/frontdesk for 1 year and work with advertisement field after I graduate. Currently I work in real estate field and I applied everything I learn during studies and my previous job experience. 

I am a tech savvy. I am up to date with current technology and I am able to take advantage of AI technology nowadays to improve my work. I have more than 1 year experience in Social Media Advertising and Marketing such as in Tiktok, FB, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube.

I also have image/video editing and copywriting skills. This skills are really helpful for me to create good marketing materials. 

My first professional experience is during my job as Frontdesk Customer service in Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (August 2017-July 2018). I am responsible to entertain local and international student regarding registration and graduation matters. I also entertain whenever parents come to the counter and tell everything what we can offer to future students. Besides, telemarketing also a part of my job during that time as I required to follow up student that make online registration.

My second job is as the Advertisement Assessor (contract) (March 2022-September2022). I have short contract as Ads Assessor with TELUS International. My job is to review and approve the advertisement that will be shown in Google and YouTube. I'm also responsible to evaluate users query and the Landing Page thay will see. With evaluation of users query, it can improve users experience in the future with google search engine. 

My third job is as a Real Estate Negotiator. I work with IW Properties in Perak (August 2022 - Current). I am responsible to advertise every listings that I know in Online platform such as social media and other marketing platform such as Mudah, IProperty and Marketplace. Every week I will create new Poster and copywriting for every property listings. When my client have any queries, I will entertain and give useful explaination as cleas as possible to avoid miscommunication. Sometimes I consult which property is the best for them and suitable with their income. 

I have Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration with Honors in Marketing. I am a graduate from Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL). I attend UniKL in September 2019 and graduate in November 2021. I achieve 4 dean list during my studies and my CGPA is 3.44.
