Experience

My position is currently Hilton Talent Ambassador where I am required to be a team leader for the Housekeeping department. I am required to ensure the room cleanliness is at the top quality and also defect-free. I am also required to do daily morning assignments for the room attendants and morning briefing before the operation begins. In addition, as a team leader, I need to make sure room attendants adhere to the brand's standard of grooming. 

Education

My latest education is UOW KDU University College. My major is Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management. Next, I studied my Diploma in Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Melaka. My major was Tourism Management.
