I’m graduate of MSU university and I have worked in human resources and administration for company which is Resort Suites Hotel and customers service for company which is Icity Theme Park during my internship diploma for the last 3 years. My experience in hospitality has taught me a great deal about dealing with customers for customer service roles at theme park and maintains personnel records, updates databases, update payroll data, and prepare HR-related reports for hr & admin roles. I have developed strong problem-solving skills, honed my ability to manage conflict and deal with demanding individuals and polished my communication skills. I am keen to utilize my passion for excellent customer service in providing the best possible experience for your company.
