    Tenure: Permanent

    Remuneration: RM8,100 - RM9,550(commensurate with qualification and experience)

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop business strategies for current portfolio companies.
    • Manage pre-sales and marketing efforts to attract new clients through networking, supporting business plans.
    • Conduct market research and analysis for new business development, in line with headquarters' policies and market potential.
    • Identify potential investment and business collaboration opportunities.
    • Organize and participate in meetings visited by headquarters.
    • Manage risks, monitor stakeholder sentiment, and address project issues.
    • Create and execute business and action plans, and handle internal reporting.
    • Keep detailed records of stakeholder interactions, feedback, and decisions.

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business or equivalent.
    • Good academic result. 2nd Class Upper (CGPA 3.00) and above.
    • Candidate with 5 years of working experience in business development in the ICT industry.
    • Experience in consulting services for enterprise digital transformation and/or business development and/or financial modeling is advantageous.
    • Proficient in spoken and written English.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Possess great leadership skills, independent, self-motivated.
    • Must be Responsible, meticulous, with a positive working attitude, strong teamwork skills, ethical mindset, mature and confident disposition.
    • Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
    • Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen.
