• Tax Exemption
- Apply for new or renewal MIDA Tax Exemption in investmalaysia (MIDA
website).
-Apply SPM1 in investmalaysia for company if there is request from end user
- Control and monitoring exemption quantity usage
-Prepare exemption quantity transfer paperwork from import station to other
import station (if
there is insufficient balance).
 

• Custom reporting
- Prepare & submit quarterly report for raw material & finish good
- Prepare & submit monthly scrap report
• Goods Classification
- Determine and classify tariff code for new material or new equipment or
machine
- Prepare paperwork for good classification or custom rulling if there is request
from end user
 

• Duty Drawback Section 99
- Register new or existing material with customs and get the confirmation /
approval letter
- Ensure raw material imported with correct description & hs code same as per apply earlier with customs
- Apply duration extension for material that import and exceed 12 months
period
-Submit duty drawback claim within 6 months from finish good exported date.
 

• Application of Temporary Export & Import
- Determine the scenario or activity if can apply temporary import or export
- Prepare and submit paperwork for application
- Close file temporary export & import and redeem bank guarantee
 

• Sales Tax
- Apply salex tax exemption for schedule A,B and C
- Prepare exemption report for submission to customs & filling.
• Custom Audit
- Liase with Custom if there is Audit
- Usual department will audit is coming from sales tax, section 14.2 and duty
drawback
 

• Certificate of Origin Application & Yearly renewal
- Prepare non preferential and preferential CO and submit to MICCI or MITI
- Complete the renewal dossier including cost analysis and others document
