Recruitment and Staffing:
- Participate in the recruitment and selection process, including creating job descriptions, posting job ads, and conducting interviews.
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs within the organization.
- Coordinate or conduct training sessions for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Develop and implement professional development programs.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Ensure that HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations Employment Act 1955 (Amendment 2022).
- Keep abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations.
HR Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for management.
- Use data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Plan and organize employee events and activities.
Legal Compliance:
- Ensure that the organization complies with labor laws and regulations.
- Handle issues related to employment law and labor relations.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Handle documentation related to hiring, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Exit Interviews:
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback from departing employees and identify areas for improvement.
Experience
since 2019 until 2023 only two company that I working for. V.S Industry Berhad And Flashexpress Malaysia. Both have give me a lot oppourtunity to learn regarding Human Resource matter and I am strive to gain more knowledge since different nature of business or industry have different challanges. I cant stay too long at my comfort zone.
Education
Graduated As Corporate Management student from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) on early 2019, change my career path to Human Resource Generalist because i feels like it is becoming my forte when i had my industrial training As HR Assistant at V.S Industry Berhad.
