Experience
- To manage and enforce the Safety and Security of the building through effective implementation of the Company’s Policies and Procedures.
- To conduct and supervise training for security personnel and identify weaknesses and strengths of each personnel as well as their training needs.
- To identify hazards and access the risk to implement controls in the premises.
- Ensure that all accidents are documented, investigated and recommended improvements implemented.
- Ensure that safety inspections are carried out, fire drills and fire alarms are correctly reported, safety inspections, risk assessments and vendor working procedures are managed and employees are aware of their responsibilities.
- Ensure the completion and regular review of risk assessments for all fire equipment and operations.
- Establish a full programmed of documented health & safety inspections, audits and checks.
- Ensure that all agreed action points are completed within deadlines.
- Liaise with external health & safety consultants in the provision of training programmed of health and safety and audit feedbacks.
- Liaise with suppliers i.e. Insurers, solicitors etc
- Keep up to date with all aspects of relevant health, safety & welfare at work legislation and communicate relevant changes to the business.
- Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant’s complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units for uncompleted repairs and building defects.
- Maintain building safety and security systems by contracting for maintenance services, and supervising repairs.
- Conducting Accident and Crime Investigation on incidents reported
Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time
