• Assisting safety officer in preparing safety meeting minutes.
• Identify workplace hazards, assess risks, and recommend control
  measures.
• Conduct safety induction for contractors.
• Assist safety officer during safety and health committee and environmental committee meeting.
• Assist assessor during assessment (NRA, CHRA, Boundary Noise, Personal Noise Monitoring)
• Add inventory data into the eSWIS and prepare consignment note.
• Maintain hazardous and non-hazardous waste inventory.
• Check daily performance monitoring data for Effluent Treatment
• Plant updated by effluent operators.
• Review and amend SOP within the Onelink system to align with regulatory requirements.
• Update industrial effluent and sewage analysis report into Online environmental reporting (OER)
• Ensure invoice & delivery order (DO) matches the quantity of waste released from plant.
• Ensure that first aid supplies and resources are available.
• Creating PowerPoint slides for monthly EHS forum, creating signage, poster, newsletter.
• Update environmental sustainability data with evidence in Smartsheet.
• Assisting safety officer in the external EHS audit (SEDEX, ISO14001:2015).
• Conduct ISO14001:2015 & ISO9001:2015 internal audit and prepare finding report.
• Organize and conduct safety training for employees, including orientation sessions for new hires.
• Assist safety officer during fire drill and prepare the drill report.
• Dealing with pest control operations in the plant. 
• Preparing duty roster, apply leave and overtime for effluent operator.
• Conduct audit at waste collector facilities to assess compliance with environmental regulations.
