Assistance Purchasing Manager

● Responsible for organizing and supervising purchasing functions of the Stores managing daily activities in purchasing, managing contracts including administering, negotiating, reviewing, renewing, filing and evaluating for availability, price, term and quality of good.

● Review and maintain good record of purchasing file and records ( purchase order, contract, etc )

● Identify opportunities for cost savings. Continue improve purchasing methods/processes.

● Compile data form variety of sources for analyzing and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

● To ensure physical stock check tallies with updated list of inventory, purchases and supplies.

● Carrying out any other duties delegated by superior from time to time

 

Cost Controller

● Perform Monthly F&B Physical Inventory for all venue including (Main Food, Beverage & General Store) (Prepare F&B Cost Board Report)

● Perform Yearly Operating Equipment (Prepare The Report)

● Perform Room Linen & F&B Linen (Prepare The Report)

● Perform Weekly F&B Spot Check Report & Monitor F&B Daily Perpetual Report Perform Yield, Butchery & Portioning Test Report.

● Monitor & Verify The F&B Spoilage Item Also Operating Equipment Breakage Report.

● Perform & Verify The F&B Open & Void Button Report.

● Perform Buffet Audit Report (Breakfast & Dinner)

● Monitor Daily Perpetual Beverages Report

● Monitor Daily Consumption of Club House(Free Food & Beverages)

● Monitor & Verify the Daily Breakage Of Operating Equipment(Steward)

● Prepared Analysis Report for Staff Café

● Prepared the F&B Recipes Menu Costing (proposed selling price report)

● In charge of Receiving & Stores

● Prepared Market Survey Report
