About Alicia Johan:
An enthusiastic, honest, and hardworking third-year student from Indonesia, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Culinary Management (Hons) at UOW Malaysia, specializing in Baking and Pastry. Highly motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team, with a strong passion for pastry arts and dessert creation. Born and raised in Indonesia, I bring a unique perspective to my culinary work, blending Southeast Asian flavors with traditional baking techniques. I enjoy taking on challenges and continuously strive to improve my skills and achieve personal goals. Eager to apply my knowledge and creativity in a professional kitchen, I am seeking an internship opportunity to gain hands-on experience and further develop my culinary expertise while working toward completing my studies in April 2025.
