14 years of being in creative communications has led me
to realise that I really love building people and businesses.

When building teams, I focus on nurturing individual strengths.
Because teams that are empowered by differences build stronger,
more diverse businesses.

When building businesses, I like to approach things human-first.
Because when people can relate with a business, it’s a long-term win.

The clients at Maxis have very high expectations; and after hearing that my predecessors didn't last very long on the job, I knew I was in for a real challenge— one that I'm really grateful for.

On a daily basis, I'm challenged to: be a strategic, creative, innovative unicorn; nurture young creatives and guide them to break out of their boxes; and create work that's insightful and meaningful.

Thanks to a very supportive and collaborative team of managers, teammates, and clients, I'm still here. :)
