Have an experience as a Executive Customer Service in Malaysia Airline and Shopee project. For Malaysia Airline project, assisting 40 calls everyday, assisting both local and international clients to investigate and solve customer complaints and issues. This experience enhances my ability for attention to detail and decision -making skills. The roles also increases my communication skills, as well as ability time management skills.

Graduated in Bachelor Degree of Science in Agrotechnology (Crop Science) with 3.38 CGPA.
