• Conduct measurement inspection based on standard of the product using equipment such like micrometer, height gauge, thickness gauge, pin hole gauge, vernier caliper and smartscope before releasing to
  production.
• Assist calibration engineer in qc lab conduct measurement calibration follow by certificate calibration on instrument for example micrometer by using block gauge every six month period in qc lab. 
• To ensure all purchase part that have been received is follow by procedure and quality standard (invoice, supplier data, etc). 
• Responsible for preparing reject material information and document for meeting with production (production claim). 
• Responsible for preparing 8D Claim Report reject material for supplier to request for replacement. 
• Monitoring data of the inspection to maintain the quality for the company. 
• Review and Revised the quality document such like process flow, work instruction, Cpk data monitoring & ISP.   
• Keep measurement equipment clean, in good working order, calibrated, and maintain cleanliness and good 5S environment in inspection area.

• Make sure all calibration Instrument under Act Weight and Measure is conform to the pattern and specification specified by custodian of weight and measure.

• Calibrating instrument such like multimeter, clamp meter, insulation tester, and etc follow by singlas scope below ISO/IEC 17025 Singapore Accreditation Council . 
• Revised masterlist follow by audit from National Metrolgy Centre (NMC). 
• Make sure all master in house and onsite is within due date of calibration.
• Brainstorming new method of calibration with approved signatory. 

Verification Officer (Aug 2020 – Present)

• Make sure master standard is registered and updated under National Metrology Institute of Malaysia. 
• Conduct Calibration inspection and Verification on instrument like measurement tape, weighing scale, Flow meter, Pump Dispenser and etc. 
• Make sure all calibration Instrument under Act Weight and Measure is conform to the pattern and specification specified by custodian of weight and measure.
• Regulating the verification licence issued to owner and repairer (calibration company) of weight and measure Instrument before conduct calibration process. 
• Make sure all calibration under Act Weight and Measure that perform by
  calibration company is follow by standard that given by Government.
