Che Nurhasni

First and foremost, my name is Che Nurhasni binti Che Razali and I am a student of Electronics Engineering course from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia. I have been employed as Technician for internship at MrFix Technologies Sdn Bhd for 3 months. My course finishes in August 2023 and I am keen to join a progressive company to apply knowledge from classroom in a professional work environment. I am confident that I will be able to contribute to the corporation with the combination of my experience and developed skill set. 

I have been working with MrFix Technologies Sdn Bhd as Technician during my internship for 3 months in 2022. Below I listed what I have learnt and doing during the period:

• Experienced in repairing and troubleshooting variety models of laptop and mobile phone
• Used variety of repairing facilities and know each function to facilitate repairing process
• Managed to work in team and being a good team member until achieved sales target in a month
• Developed better communication skill and knowledge by serving customers to solve their problem
• Create weekly report and presentation for faculty supervisor
• Identified customers needed and implement solution that drove 99% customers satisfaction

I also experienced in online business in 2020 and 2021. During the self-employment, I learnt a lot related to business.

• Performed selling, managing, scheduling and business planning
• Learnt about marketing and business using YouTube and TikTok platform to get more knowledge
• Made fascinating contents about my products on social media for business engagement
• Experienced in listing on Shopee platform and marketing skills
• Zero issues, 99% customer satisfaction

I started studying Electronic Engineering at Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia in 2019 and will graduate in 2023. I've participated in a number of extracurricular events at the university that have improved my leadership and communication abilities. It also helped me become more time-conscious and reliable. In addition, I am on the Dean List for the second semesters of 2019–2020 and 2020–2021. I previously received a certificate in engineering from Kolej Matrikulasi Kelantan's Module 2 program.
