Responsibilities:
• Guide new team members as training facilitator using appropriate training 
materials
• Regularly monitor the service being provided is consistent with guidelines 
• Ensure all drinks and foods are served following SOP
• Demonstrate product knowledge by advising, answering queries, and 
suggesting products to the customers during ordering process. 
• Perform daily Health & Safety and Food Safety checks, reporting and 
actioning any issues as required
• Assist and execute in all events and marketing activities 
• Support ZUS outlets operation throughout shift to ensure delivery of 
service when required
• Perform any other special projects/ tasks as assigned by Superior/management
