• Execute roster upload activity for 128 Toll Plaza in Time and Labor module for shift workers to ensure
roster is updated in advance
• Highly involve and successfully resolve issues regarding HR Management System
• Carry out day-to-day HR operations that related to Data Management and Payroll
• Responsible for analyzing and investigating complaint information regards to overtime payment and
roster upload to ensure complaints are adequately addressed in a timely manner
• Assist in preparing Overtime reports and data analysis from Time and Labor Module (HCM
Oracle) and Peoplesoft on monthly basis to line managers
• Created and fostered strong working relationship across all levels of organization, which streamlined
emergency respond and immediate communication needs
• Recognized by supervisor for ability to establish connection with staffs, which results in staff
satisfaction
