About ANKITA ARORA:

Presently balancing my career on four versatile limbs viz academics, clinical patient management, administration, and research, I am leveraging my energy to upskill myself in each of these attributes. ‘Adaptation is my intelligence’: Capacity to adapt to various people, cultures and work environments and positive approach towards challenges are my key strengths. Diligent and honest with strong work ethics I strive to give my best to be an asset to the establishment that I work for.

Experience

1.Teaching the subject of Pediatric dentistry to undergraduate students

Supervising student clinics in the speciality of Pediatric dentistry.

Supervising General Dental Clinic sessions.

Team player in all department activities.

Specialist treatment in pediatric dentistry including resorative and preventive procedures.

Actively involved in planning and conducting formative and summative assessments, clinical competencies, curriculum revision and other decision making activities. 

2. Warden : Girls Hostel, MUCM. 

3.Coordinator: for the subject of oral biology for Foundation in Science students. 

4.Member of Cochrane scientific committee.

5. Guiding Student Research projects
