- Work under bioplastic research and development department 
- Develop new biodegradable and water soluble plastic product
- Drive the continuous improvement and new product invention process 
- Perform design of experiment for product quality testing and improvement 
- Conduct evaluation of mechanical, thermal and chemical properties for new product development
- Conduct evaluation of plastic properties through FTIR, SEM, DSC, TGA, and rheology
- Operation and process control of plastic extrusion process, blown & cast film process and torque rheometer
- Prepare detail experiment report and bi-weekly progress presentation 
- Prepare patent drafting for new invention filing
- Deal with supplier for machine and chemical purchase
- Work with university lecturers for general analysis and discussion
