About Azizul Haqeem Bin Abd Gani:
• Execute in process development to setup a recipe for new device including optimize the parameter for TOWA compression mold machine (PMCD1040 & 2030D) to ensure smooth transfer of new products from NPI to HVM sites.
• Execution of NPI Customer Samples and Engineering Samples build for new products and packages according to planned timeline.
• Handover and pass down to production for each NPI product after qualification and support ramp up including specific product tools checklist and production training material.
• Plan, organize and conduct Process of Record (POR), define process edges and center the process (CPK), apply DOE techniques for process characterization including material changes such as mold compound and dummy substrates.
• Handle and store direct and indirect material such as mold compound types (EMEG, KEG, Panasonic), dummy substrate (Copper/FR4 or PBGA), cleaning tools for NPI inventory.
• Work with test engineer to identify root cause for vision reject and TFAD reject units for investigation using four-panels and 3x5why analysis.
• Document owner of Work Instruction, Control Plan, Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) and SPC control charts.
