Azrul Nizam Anin

As an Assistant Manager in Oil Palm Estate, I oversee the daily operations and management of a 1700-hectare oil palm plantation. I ensure the compliance with the Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil (MSPO) standards and certification, which involves conducting audits, implementing best practices, and providing training and guidance to the staff and contractors. 

I have a strong background in industrial and product design, which I obtained from Universiti Teknologi MARA. I apply my design thinking and problem-solving skills to improve the efficiency, productivity, and sustainability of the plantation processes and products. I also collaborate with various stakeholders, such as the senior management, the research and development team, and the external partners, to develop and execute innovative solutions and strategies. I continue my study at Sime Darby Plantation Academy and majoring in Estate Assistant Structure Training for 2 years. I learn about Plantation Management and all of experience about oil palm plantation. 

My goal is to contribute to the growth and development of the palm oil industry, while ensuring the environmental and social responsibility and accountability of the sector. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and I am always looking for opportunities to enhance my knowledge and expertise in agriculture, finance, communication, and leadership.
