Assistant Operation Manager (Farm) with a demonstrated history of working with the shrimp aquaculture industry in monitoring the farm and factory operations, and analyzing both the farming and factory processing performances. As an individual, I'm both diligent and self-motivated and can work as an individual or as a team. Assistant Operation Manager (Farm) 

Aug 2022 - Present 

Responsible for managing stocking, sampling, and scheduling the harvest of shrimps.
• Responsible for administrative duties such as budget planning, financial record keeping, and recording shrimp growth and production data.
• Responsible for the harvest of about 100 tons worth of shrimp throughout my tenure as the person in charge.
• Responsible for establishing shrimp feeding regimes based on shrimp performance while taking into account the Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR).
• Responsible for ensuring the farm’s hygiene standards are at their peak while constantly monitoring the shrimp's health and its water parameters for abnormalities and diseases. While also developing specific treatment plans to overcome each particular case.
• Responsible for recruiting and training staff on farm duties.
• Responsible for procuring necessary feed, chemicals, and equipment to maintain farm operations.
• Ensuring all of the farm’s facilities and machinery are up and running and that they’re maintained regularly.
• Responsible for working with the Government on farm licensing and permits such as myGAP.

Operation Executive

• Responsible for monitoring water parameters such as temperature, dissolved oxygen, salinity, etc. to ensure optimum environmental conditions for whiteleg shrimp.
• Prevented an annual loss of 92,250 MYR worth of feed due to negligence by developing and training staff to utilize shrimp feed monitoring system.
• Worked closely with Farm Manager, Farm Technicians, and Lab Technicians to troubleshoot and regulate outbreaks of shrimp diseases such as White feces syndrome (WFS).
• Developed projects such as the “Water Monitoring Project” which aims to procure necessary and cost-effective water analyzing equipment, and develop water testing procedures for lab technicians.
