I had been in hospitality industry, particularly in food & beverage department since the year of 2000 till to date. I started my early days in hotel's food & beverage as banquet part-time at Hyatt Regency Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, my hometown. Over the years of my hospitality career, I had attended several professional hospitality industry-related training and courses that helps me to further understand deeper of what is hospitality industry is all about.  

Business Administration via APEL enrollment study programme at Wawasan Open University (WOU). I attended the first 2 -semester, however I had to hold another 3-semester due to Covid19 pandemic during that enrollment 2019/2020, Johor Bahru / Penang, Wawasan Open University (WOU) branch. I'm still intend to pursue to complete it, than continue for Master programme.
