1. Daily Routine Job

• Conduct focused improvement projects to improve operational performance, such as POKA, DMO Performance, and DMO MMS.
• Lead and coordinate with multi-functional and multinational teams to implement the digital project
• Support factory OMP and setting SMART targets for the factory KPIs.
• Ensure the factory reporting systems in tracking performance, by implementing different kind of health check between DMO, SAP and FEAT.
• Daily SAP Transaction such as Master Recipe and Production Version Creation, PO Management, and BOM.
• Prioritise and monitor factory projects are well in place.
• Train & coach Daily Operational Review members on uses of Continuous Improvement tools. (NCE, Nestle Continuous Excellence)
• Support implementation of TPM 7 + 4 (7 Key Standard Routine + 4 digital tool which are POKA, DMO Performance, DMO MMS and Prometheus)
• Review and improve production processes
• Review and involve in labour and production plannning for daily operation
• Optimise the use of DMO systems to maintain and improve competitiveness.

2. POKA (Global Connected Worker Platform)

• Set up function and implementation of POKA in factory
• Transform CBT (Competency Based Training) into POKA Skill
• Lead ME in the continuos Skill creation, including SOP and Exam
• POKA Go Live to kick start shopfloor and management in using POKA for daily operation, cross department communication & issue troubleshooting
• Triggering continuos self learning and reading behaviour among shopfloor

3. DMO (Digital Manufacturing Operation) System

- Lead DMO Performance Module

• Configure setting of DMO Performance Fully Auto Line
• Implement event monitoring and simulation on Tetra Line
• Consolidate and communicate with TetraPak to troubleshoot issue
• Closed the gap observed for TetraPak PLMS Reporting System
• Categorization and Configuration of TP event reason into DMO
• Configure PLC code to respective reason and line in DMO
• Set Up Root Cause Scheduler and hypercare

- Support DMO CLP Module and DMO MMS Module to Go Live

- Digitalization of process checklist into DMO QMS logsheet.
