Experience
- Manage new product transfer from other regions and cost down the assembly by localization of parts and process time reduction.
- Summit ECO and MCO for the product changes.
- Work closely with the R&D team to improve the product design and yield.
- Work on capacity improvement according to the product demand.
- Provide training to technicians.
- Develop and improve process flow in MES for new and existing products.
- Review BoM quantity for products.
- ACHIEVEMENT: Developed processes to suppress high order mode in LMA fibre during the high-power stage in the optical power amplifier.
