* Plan, manage and responsible, for developing profitable and collectable protective coatings sales of the company’s products and services in accordance with the company’s business plan, sales strategies, marketing plan and technical developments.

* Play a role in Regional Countries: Asia & SEA Counterpart and support to cross countries colleague’s sales, technical & promotion activities.

* Leads the company’s sales force to obtain maximum sales profitability within approved guidelines.

* Prepare annual budgets for sales revenue, product mix by regions sales, gross margin, freight and operating expenses for those territories managed. Budgets as CAPEX related to the selling function.

* Prepare consolidated national annual budgets for sales revenue, gross margin, freight and operating expenses.

* Coordinate the preparation of sales forecasts and feasibility studies for new products or services.

* Ensure workplace safety and securities are adhered based on company's policies and procedures.

* Technical Sales Protective Coatings: HVI / Oil & Gas / OEM / Marine / Industrial / Repainting / Decorative / Flooring / Waterproofing / Dealer Retailing / Passive Fire Protection.
