I love cooking and very passionate. Disciplined and stay focused is more importance to create consistency in the kitchen.

the most experiences hotel that i work is in Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson for past 7 years since opening 2015 and I have 102 kitchen brigade staff .Its a multi millions dollar revenue per month, An iconic resort in the world and 2 Guinness World Record holder.The most busiest hotel with 1500 to 2000 pax breakfast every day, hotel occupied 80% to 100% everyday with a lot of event function, Love this ambiences.
