I am Chef who is responsible in food productions, hotel assets, food cost and menu development, very straight and concerned about food quality, food safety and hygiene's, I am 27 years in 5 star hotel industries, My specialties in Western Cuisine, Japanese Cuisine, Italian, Thai Cuisine, Arabic, Malay Cuisine, Continental Asian, Indian,Pastry and Fine Dining. I love cooking and very passionate. Disciplined and stay focused is more importance to create consistency in the kitchen.

Experience

I working with 5 star international hotel and 5 star local chain hotel for past 27 years.

the most experiences hotel that i work is in Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson for past 7 years since opening 2015 and I have 102 kitchen brigade staff .Its a multi millions dollar revenue per month, An iconic resort in the world and 2 Guinness World Record holder.The most busiest hotel with 1500 to 2000 pax breakfast every day, hotel occupied 80% to 100% everyday with a lot of event function, Love this ambiences.  

 

Education

I don't have any higher education instead of Middle school certificate SPM. 

but experiences gain more in food industries.
