I'm a 2nd Year of Diploma in Communication student who studies at Help University, Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur. During my diploma studies, I learned a wide range of courses in organizing campaigns, business planning, and market research, gaining an in-depth understanding of the theory and practice of mass communication. I have solid writing and editing skills to produce engaging content with a clear message. Not only that, I have the spirit of adapting to teamwork and can face everything with a positive attitude. I enjoy communicating with others to learn about their knowledge, experiences, and valuable perspectives. As a mass comm student, I am eager to apply my knowledge and skills to practical work, actively contributing to an organization while continuing to learn and grow.

During my part-time positions, I have gained valuable skills and experiences across various industries. As a Clothing Sales Associate at Colegacy Concept Store, I learned how to positively interact with customers, provide excellent customer service, and effectively market apparel and accessories. Additionally, I developed time management and multitasking abilities while managing inventory and ensuring timely replenishment of stock. As a Cake Shop Waitress at Chateraise, I honed my cake decorating skills and artistic designs using fruits, chocolate, icing, and powdered sugar. I also gained teamwork and coordination skills to handle busy periods and diverse knowledge of cakes, breads, and desserts, including catering to special dietary needs. As an Event Crew member at Trendy Valley, I gained an understanding of baby and maternity products, built rapport with customers, and guided their purchasing decisions. Lastly, as a Detergent Promoter at Walch, I conducted market research to understand consumer preferences, effectively promoted products during campaigns, and acquired knowledge about various laundry detergent types and their recommended usage. These experiences have equipped me with a diverse skill set in customer service, marketing, inventory management, teamwork, product knowledge, and sales.
