Cynthia Lim Sin Lu

Cynthia is a Sustainability Analyst at RAM Sustainability Sdn Bhd with three years of experience conducting external reviews (second-party opinions) of sustainable finance frameworks and evaluating environment, social and governance (ESG) ratings for corporates. She has led multiple second party opinion (external review) on sukuk and bond issuances and loan across diverse sectors, including renewable energy and green buildings, with a cumulative issuance value of up to RM5 billion. Cynthia also contributed to the Joint Committee on Climate Change (JC3) Sub-Committee 3 (SC3) in developing the Application Handbook for Issuances of Sustainable and Responsible Investment-Linked Sukuk and Sustainability-Linked Bonds. She has completed her Master’s in Sustainable Development at Sunway University and is currently awaiting graduation, building on her earlier professional experience in the banking and fund management sectors.
