Currently a Pipeline Engineer at Principia.

Alumni of University Technology Malaysia (Bachelor of Engineering- Naval Architecture and Offshore Engineering). An ex Student Representative of Johore Technical Matriculation in student affairs. Team manager of the UTM Taekwondo Team.

Represented the Johore state and won various international and national championships in rugby and taekwondo. Represented the university rugby team to Seoul 7s, South Korea in 2019.

A sport enthusiast. A die hard Manchester United Fan. Loves to travel and hits the gym 3 times a week.

Pipeline Engineer in PRINCIPIA ASIA, Malaysia

  • Engineering analysis on pipeline, flowlines, umbilical and subsea cables
  • Supporting Senior and Lead Engineers to produce reports and drawings

 

  • Project involved
    • Saudi Aramco-NPCC ZULUF Project (Package 4 & Package 5) 
      • Supporting NPPC on engineering design and analysis for 17 offshore rigid pipelines and 31 subsea cables
      • Performed analysis such as VIV, OBS, OBR, Crossing, Free Span, Route Optimization, Cathodic Protection and End Expansion on rigid and flexible pipelines, risers, cables etc.
      •  Write and check calculation notes, analysis reports and specification of materials
      • Working using CAESAR II, MathCAD, STABLELINES, AGA, FatFree, ORCAFLEX, SAGE etc.

 

June - October 2022  

Intern in SEABOARD ENGINEERING SDN BHD, Malaysia

  • Interface with Client, Subcontractors and Suppliers
  • Project management and manpower management onshore and offshore

 

  • Project involved
    • Ocean Quest LNG Tanker: 
      • Provision crane troubleshooting 
      • Compressor room pipe leakage inspection maintenance
      • Interface with Client for documents and drawings approval

 

  • Coral-1 Tanker: 
    • Main engine troubleshooting 
    • Replacing 15 fuel injectors from main engine
    • Anchor winch pipeline renewal works

 

  • MT Global Tanker: 
    • Anchor winch actuator overhauling
    • Sea water jacktar coolant maintenance
