  • Achieved 100% bid submission deadline throughout bid professional career.
  • Successfully build a robust tender library with list of case studies, proposal templates, dedicated products and services capability statements, internal playbooks and win strategies frameworks for Sales team.
  • At Colliers, won multiple deals exceeding a total of USD400M across various cities in China and participated in almost all post submission contract negotiation with the Sales team. 
  • At Colliers, created workflows, processes, and managing CapEx for the newly setup department to increase the engagement between departments with the Pursuit Strategy team. Achieved 100% of efficiency and effective communications and received 85% buy-ins from the various HoDs within 8 months throughout the change management process.
  • At Allianz, implemented a communication strategy plan and system providing clear guidance to the offshore support team during excessive workloads, leading to a 40% increase in project delivery. 
  • At Allianz, successfully developed sales bid reporting system on SharePoint requiring extensive coordination with Sales team and IT department that has resulted in 100% data reporting accuracy and 85% internal workflow efficiency and transparency boost.
  • At Cleanaway, have led bid sessions and coached sales executives through Client Value Proposition and Win Theme discussions to uncover customer needs behind bid requests and presenting a compelling full customer solution. Achieved a success rate of 75% after coaching. 
  • At Cleanaway, have successfully implemented bid process which has attained efficiency of 60% and 100% buy-ins from all stakeholders.
  • At Cleanaway, have won contracts of more than USD300M throughout the 3-year working duration. Successfully implemented a Contract and CRM database to assist the BD Department tracking data which led to an increase of 65% of team and business efficiency.
  • At UAM Pty Ltd (now Spotless), collaborate with the sales team to developed financial model and costings for services being tendered and conduct risk analysis internally and externally.
