I am an educational professional with over 26 years of higher education experience. I hold a Doctorate in Business Administration. I have had the opportunity to lead through a period of significant growth and change. As a highly skilled and experienced academic leader, I am confident that my expertise and passion for education would make me an excellent fit for this role.

My last position as a Dean of Faculty of Business, Accountancy and Law at SEGi University and Group of colleges in Malaysia, I have demonstrated my ability to lead and manage a largest academic unit, including leading and overseeing the development and implementation of curriculum, assessment, managing budgets and resources, MYQUEST Rating and SETARA Audit process, MQA and MOHE regulatory compliance process and Professional Bodies (ACCA, CIMA, ICEAW, CPA Australia) Audit and Accreditation process, business development as well as working closely with various departments to support organisation and student success. Also, I have played a key role in setting up the SEGi College Korta Damansara, building partnerships with industries and local and international higher education institutions including managing the programmes from University of Sunderland, United Kingdom, University of Greenwich U.K, University of Central Lancashire, U.K and Troy University, United State and A level programme. 

I have a strong organisational style with excellent time management skills and business development acumen. I place great emphasis on communication and strive to make sure my staff are always informed and abreast of developments taking place within the university and higher education industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders relating to education and regulatory, industries and professional bodies.
