Greetings, 

I am an outgoing and approachable person. I am able to convince people and have trust on what they do.  I am noted to be capable in accepting constructive criticisms. A very flexible and highly motivated person with strong interpersonal skills.

Other Qualities : I am able to work under minimum supervision, cope well with high-stress situations and have leader qualities. I am always looking forward to learn much more. Love to create new ideas to gain more profit to the company for example, during my years with Kem Perasa, I suggested my boss to come with a product and we succeed to supply the product in the country. I able to convince both local & international distributor to distribute our product. Events are always my number one passion, from planning venue, decorations etc to make the event success. 

As a marketing manager, I would always want the best respond from clients and to make sure company gain a lot of profit. In a way to achieve that, I will update my marketing plans, make sure the team understand and achieve sales target. Working in team is important so that the marketing plans runs well. We must alert what type of marketing plans that suits the product/services. 

I also believe that sales & marketing must not limit the clients needs. For example for an event, let the clients tells us how they want their event, what type of menu, deco etc.. than together prepare the best for the event. As for product, try to get the best solution to the clients problem. Make them believe in us that we can provide them the best.
