Final-year IT student at IIUM with industry experience as a Technical Support Technician and IT Intern. Skilled in Windows support, hardware and network troubleshooting, remote support tools, and front-end development using ReactJS. Passionate about problem-solving, learning new technologies, and supporting users effectively.

I have hands-on experience working as a Technical Support Technician (Contract) and IT Intern at Celex Media Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur. My responsibilities included troubleshooting Windows operating systems, hardware issues, and network connectivity problems involving LAN and Wi-Fi. I also provided remote technical support using tools such as AnyDesk and TeamViewer to assist users efficiently. In addition, I contributed to front-end development tasks using ReactJS, including maintaining and updating components for a digital library web platform.

I am a final-year student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). My academic background includes coursework and projects in IT support, networking fundamentals, web development, mobile application development, and basic backend systems. Through my studies, I have gained practical experience working with technologies such as ReactJS, Laravel, Flutter, Firebase, and PHP.
