Mohd Faizal Ariff Hassan

My name is Mohd Faizal Ariff Hassan, student in University of Malaya. I am a computer science student majoring in Networking and Cybersecurity. I am seeking a 6-month internship to gainpractical experience in my field of study. I am specifically interested in networking and cybersecurity, and I believe an internship at a company that offers training in these areas would provide an excellent foundation for my career. I am highly motivated to learn and contribute effectively to any organization that provides me with this opportunity.

I am highly motivated and dedicated student at the University of Malaya, majoring in Computer System and Networking, I am eager to gain practical experience in my chosen field and contribute effectively to your organization.

In addition to my technical skills, I possess valuable soft skills such as effective communication, problem-solving, and time management. These skills have been cultivated through my active involvement in various co-curricular activities and committee positions. I have served as a committee member for the Akademik Dinamik Inovatif dan Nyata (ADIN) in 11th college, where I also held the position of Head of Graphic Designer for the KTE event. Moreover, I have contributed my skills and dedication as an IT and treasurer assistant at Masjid Jamek Layang-layangan WP Labuan.

Outside of academics and co-curricular activities, I have actively engaged in volunteer work. Currently, I am involved in cleaning and tidying Surau An-Nur in Pelangi Damansara Apartment, and I have volunteered in providing food for 150 people in need during Ramadan at Surau An-Nur. Additionally, I have served as a committee member in JKP Kerohanian & Perpaduan (KEP) in Kinabalu Kolej

I have a strong academic background, having graduated from the Centre for Foundation Studies in Science at the University of Malaya, majoring in Physical Science with a commendable CGPA of 3.82. Currently, I am pursuing my studies at the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology at the University of Malaya, with a major in Computer System and Networking, maintaining a current CGPA of 3.65. My coursework has provided me with a solid foundation in network technology, advanced network technology, network security, and cyber security.

Throughout my academic journey, I have successfully completed various projects and assignments that have honed my technical skills and problem-solving abilities. Notable achievements include developing a Hotel Booking App Prototype as part of my Foundation of Programming Course and creating an efficient Railway Station Path Finding Algorithm for a Data Structure Course Assignment. Furthermore, I have accomplished a Network Enterprise Topology Design and Implementation project for an Advanced Network Technology course.

I am also proud to have obtained the CCNAv7 certifications in Introduction to Networks, Switching, Routing, and Wireless Essentials, as well as Enterprise Networking, Security, and Automation. These certifications demonstrate my commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry standards.
