Maintain full set of account for the company, record & ensure all company assets & liabilities are accounted for. Ensure proper record on cash movement against bank & to perform bank reconciliation statement. Maintain the financial accounting system for accounts payable, accounts receivables, cash book, petty cash etc. Handle daily transaction of account including issuing cheques, preparing payment voucher, keep track on cash books and petty cash. Not limited to payments, invoices, bank reconciliation, progress claim, payroll, EPF & SOCSO contribution and Income Tax Deduction. Ensure that all the customers Delivery Order are chop, signed & returned back to us as proof of delivery.

Cash Flow managament and Monitoring Daily cash. Attend courses about Cash Flow report management. Perform payment processing functions such as plan weekly payment and preparing banking transactions. Responsible for daily accounts receivable (AR) and account payable (AP) inclusive issuing of invoice, supplier invoice, payment processing and etc. Perform other related business duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time when required. Ensure any necessary reports are submitted within timeframe given by upper management.
