• Manage daily store operations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Scan and receive packages accurately and efficiently
• Pack and prepare parcels for customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Process e-commerce orders and handle customer inquiries
• Liaise with clients to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of their packages
• Maintain inventory and ensure adequate stock levels
• Monitor and manage store expenses and revenue
