Sara Aisyah Abdullah

Good morning, my name is Sara Aisyah binti Abdullah. I'm currently working as Assistant of Operations at MISSFIFY Boutique located at Wangsa Maju. 

I have been working for a year & half for now. I'm currently looking for better opportunity to allow myself explore greater chance to learn much more in the industry. 

My current job allows me to handle postage from the starts (Key-in order via BizApp) till print the airwaybill on my own. On weekly basis, I will count the overall stock and update accordingly in group. Apart from that, I replied enquiries not only from customers, but also from our dropships under us. Handling walk-in customers teaches me to be more patience and always give my best to serve them in hospitality attitude. 

Being in a boutique that have less than 5 person, it makes me train myself to be a multi-tasker, sometimes I took over admin's job as well (update the file database, printing, filing, etc). 

On the other hand, I assist for live streaming (backstage), responsible to set up our official social media for selling our products in different platform, quality check all the products before we proceed to post or pass to customers so that all in good condition, and many other things. 

I've been working under Hotel line since 2018 - 2020 at 2 different places. I changed my careeer into Customer Service to explore my skills in that line on 2020 - 2021, unfortunately due to PKP, i had to change job once again. My first offer during this period was a Retail line, Missfify (Ms Fify Legacy Sdn Bhd); 2021 - current year 2022, it's definitely different job scope & new challenges that I managed to overcome. 

I've graduated from Taylor's University of Lakeside Campus on 2018 under Bachelor of International Tourism Management (Travel & Recreation). I've accepted my first job offer at Avillion Hotel Group (more to hotel line here but the customer service skills been used up a lot as well).
