Electrical static test. Generator rotor pole drop test. Rso test on 2 pole rotor. High pot testing on new rewinding motor and generator upon customer request. Instrumentation testing.

Onside bearing inspection sleeve bearing.onside overhauling bearing replacement and electrical inspection.

Vibration monitoring at site.

I am most on electrical testing and inspection.

2 pole generator rotor removal at site for rotor retaining ring removal for rotor winding inspection and major overhauling at site. Electrical testing stator, rotor and instrumentation checking.

Rotor pole removal at site for rotor shaft replacement due to shat crack on coupling site.

Diploma in computer software.

Electrical basic certificate level 1 & 2.
