In my most recent position as Operations Manager at Chemopharm Sdn Bhd, I oversaw various operational activities, including logistics, inventory management, purchasing, and order processing. I maintained compliance with industry regulations and ensured timely fulfillment of customer orders while managing inventory levels. Additionally, I developed and implemented policies and work procedures, effectively coordinated the operations team.

Before Chemopharm, as Customer Service Assistant Manager at Pharm-D Sdn Bhd, I gained experience in pharmacovigilance, supply chain management, and customer service operations. I also managed medication supplies, monitored third-party logistics, and oversaw the end-to-end supply process. I also led a team of customer service assistants, resolved customer issues, and implemented customer service policies and procedures.
