•EU ETS compliance cycle consist of Monitoring, Verification, and Reporting on an annual basis. Compliance is essential is mantaining status as an operator (Fife Ethylene Plant) with a valid permit holder for CO2 emmision.

Equipment Strategy Engineer
•Collabration with Mechanical Integrity Engineers to develop optimized and cost-effective combination of operating and maintenance activites necessary to achieve specified unit and equipment performance objectives with a tolerable level of risk.
•Process Engineer is required to identify each equipment & lines susceptibility to various Equipment Degradation Mechanism (Corrossion Under Insulation, High Temperature Hydrogen Attack, Stress Corrosion Cracking, etc) based fluid type and condition in line. Shift supervisory role at Control Room directing the activities of plant operators to run the plant in accordance with the operating procedures. Plants under my supervision within OPU (Other Processing Units) at Steam Cracker Complex consist of Pygas Hydrogenation, Benzene Extraction, Butadiene Extraction, Methyl Tert-Butyl Ether, Olefin Storage, Tank Farm, Thermal Oxidizer & Flare system. Licensor for technologies include Lummus, BASF, and GTC. 

•Troubleshooting process & equipment and taking corrective actions to return parameters within SOE. 
•Perform start up and shutdown of systems in accordance to SOP and Licensor guideline. 
•DCS panel / console operation on Distributed Control System (DCS) for Pygas Hydrogenation (PGH), Benzene Extraction, Butadiene Extraction, MethylTert-Butyl Ether (MTBE), Olefin Storage, Tank Farm, Thermal Oxidizer & Flare.
•Perform routine process & equipment monitoring as part of production and quality (specification) monitoring as well as equipment basic care via daily preventive maintenance to keep plant operating efficiently at maximum up time and output.
•Complete daily reports and create maintenance work orders to prevent production loss & downtime.
•Complying with safety regulations in order to avoid potential hazards to insure the safety of plant workers.
